1. Overview
SvrMx App is an interactive portfolio for viewing original 3D artwork, environments, production assets and selected interactive 3D content. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the application or its website.
2. Information collected by SvrMx
The current version does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, address, phone number or payment information. SvrMx does not sell personal data. If you contact us by email, we use the information you provide only to respond to your request.
3. Device permissions
The current version does not request access to precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. Internet access is used to load portfolio content, external links and optional interactive 3D viewers.
4. External services and links
The app may open or display content from SvrMx Studio, Google Play, Sketchfab, Fab, ArtStation and other clearly identified external services. Those services may process technical information such as IP address, device information, cookies or usage logs under their own privacy policies. Their practices are controlled by their respective providers.
5. Analytics and advertising
The current SvrMx App build does not include an advertising SDK or a dedicated third-party analytics SDK operated by SvrMx. External websites or embedded services may apply their own analytics or cookie practices.
6. Data retention and deletion
SvrMx does not maintain user accounts or an in-app personal profile. Email correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to answer and manage the request. You may request deletion of correspondence by contacting us.
7. Children
SvrMx App is a general portfolio application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Security and changes
Reasonable safeguards are used for the website and app content. This policy may be updated when features or data practices change. The current revision date will always appear on this page.

تطبيق SvrMx هو معرض تفاعلي لعرض أعمال ثلاثية الأبعاد والبيئات والأصول الإنتاجية ومحتوى 3D مختار. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية التعامل مع المعلومات عند استعمال التطبيق أو موقعه.
2. المعلومات التي يجمعها SvrMx
لا يتطلب الإصدار الحالي إنشاء حساب، ولا يطلب الاسم أو العنوان أو رقم الهاتف أو معلومات الدفع. لا يقوم SvrMx ببيع البيانات الشخصية. عند التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني، نستعمل المعلومات المرسلة فقط للرد على طلبك.
3. صلاحيات الجهاز
لا يطلب الإصدار الحالي الوصول إلى الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون. يُستخدم الاتصال بالإنترنت لتحميل محتوى المعرض والروابط الخارجية وعروض 3D الاختيارية.
4. الخدمات والروابط الخارجية
قد يفتح التطبيق أو يعرض محتوى من SvrMx Studio وGoogle Play وSketchfab وFab وArtStation وخدمات خارجية أخرى موضحة بوضوح. قد تعالج هذه الخدمات معلومات تقنية مثل عنوان IP ومعلومات الجهاز وملفات تعريف الارتباط وسجلات الاستخدام وفق سياساتها الخاصة.
5. التحليلات والإعلانات
لا يتضمن الإصدار الحالي حزمة إعلانات أو حزمة تحليلات خارجية مخصصة يديرها SvrMx. وقد تطبق المواقع أو الخدمات المضمنة ممارسات التحليلات وملفات الارتباط الخاصة بها.
6. الاحتفاظ والحذف
لا يحتفظ SvrMx بحسابات للمستخدمين أو ملف شخصي داخل التطبيق. يُحتفظ بمراسلات البريد الإلكتروني فقط للمدة اللازمة للرد وإدارة الطلب، ويمكن طلب حذفها عبر التواصل معنا.
7. الأطفال
التطبيق معرض عام وغير موجه للأطفال دون 13 سنة، ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من الأطفال.
8. الأمان والتحديثات
نستخدم إجراءات معقولة لحماية الموقع ومحتوى التطبيق. قد يتم تحديث هذه السياسة عند تغير الخصائص أو ممارسات البيانات، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في هذه الصفحة.
